- Personnel and technical management of production with approx. 60 employees.
- Ensuring that production meets deadlines and quality standards.
- Preparation of budget, investment and personnel requirements planning.
- Monitoring the requirements of the quality and environmental management system, hygiene regulations and EKAS safety.
- Ensuring an optimal information, communication and cooperation culture.
- Collaboration in the preparation of maintenance and HSE concepts.
- Grundausbildung im technischen oder grünen Bereich (Biologie, Gartenbau, Landwirtschaft o.ä.). Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im betrieblichen Umfeld (z.B. als Produktionsleiter, Betriebsleiter), idealerweise in einem grünen- oder im Lebensmittel-Bereich mit GMP-Produktion.
- Breite und tiefe Kenntnis betrieblicher Zusammenhänge und deren Anforderungen.
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und hoher Qualitätsanspruch.
- Teamfähigkeit sowie selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
