Your role
Are you a multitasker? Have you experience with leasing solutions offered to corporate clients? Do you know the trends in the Leasing business and are you motivated to support us in developing new solutions?
UBS Leasing is one of the market leaders of the asset-based lending business in Switzerland for corporate clients aiming to acquire capital goods. Despite the strong positioning in the market, our ambition is to grow the existing portfolio in a sustainable & profitable way.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:
UBS Leasing is one of the market leaders of the asset-based lending business in Switzerland for corporate clients aiming to acquire capital goods. Despite the strong positioning in the market, our ambition is to grow the existing portfolio in a sustainable & profitable way.
To achieve our mission, we want to leverage on 3 drivers:
- to boost the turn-over generated by opportunities relying on automatic credit decision engines
- to develop and offer self-service journeys to our leasing clients
- to roll-out systematic outbound campaigns
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- maintaining & analyzing the efficiency of our applications
- identifying & correcting defects and /or increasing performance of our applications
- proactively propose improvements to enhance process digitization in accordance with our strategic plan
- push the development of new sales channels
- participate to the definition of our strategic plan
Your team
We are a qualified and motivated team of product managers focused on corporate lending including income producing real estate. We are responsible for sales and offering of financing products. We develop new products and solutions in close cooperation with IT and optimize them throughout their lifecycle. We work and organize ourselves in cross-functional agile teams
Your expertise
- a university or technical college degree, preferably in business administration or banking & finance
- several years of experience at a financial services provider, ideally related to the leasing business or product management
- entrepreneurial flair, are proactive as well as creative and have a good sense of judgment
- the ability to quickly build a network with your stakeholders
- excellently organized and can efficiently handle multiple topics at the same time (and you love it)
- motivated to use your excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- able to identify and drive change in the product environment
- a result-oriented, committed, independent and innovative personality
- stylistically confident in German and in English
