Digital Marketing Manager 50-100%
We are looking for a Digital Market Manager in Zurich, Switzerland. We are looking for a creative mind with a passion for digital marketing. Our next Digital Market Manager is keen to contribute their ideas and take their career to the next level in a young and growing company. In this rare and unique position you will have the opportunity to leveraging digital marketing strategies for LINDEMANNLAW, Swiss Capitalmarketforum and our other prestigious social media and online platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
Responsabilities
You will develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
You create, edit, and optimize engaging content for our website, blog, white papers, and social media platforms.
You will manage and grow our social media presence.
You will work with freelancers and external agencies to ensure quality content and consistency of brand messaging.
Using HubSpot, you will manage all marketing activities, track results, and create meaningful reports
You will perform in-depth, detailed SEO analysis and identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on keyword ranking, crawlability, site structure and content.
You will develop and implement effective SEO and PPC strategies. Your goal is to improve our website ranking, increase organic traffic, and improve user experience.
You are always up to date on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
You are always up to date on the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
Expectations
Degree in Marketing or related field
English and German is a must. Russian and French is a plus.
Demonstrated experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar position.
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of search engine optimization, including on-page and off-page optimization and keyword research.
Proficiency with web analytics, marketing and business research tools.
Proficiency with SEO industry programs such as Google Search Console. Previous experience with software such as SEMRush or Sistrix is an asset.
Strong content creation skills and experience working with content management systems. Previous experience with HubSpot is beneficial.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and strategies.
Experience with A/B and the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Offerings
The new Digital Marketing Manager at LINDEMANNLAW will have the exciting responsibility of organizing a competition in collaboration with university students. The competition will focus on conducting an analysis and gap analysis of current law firms’ digital, social media, and offline marketing strategies. Additionally, the competition aims to generate innovative ideas for the next generation of law firm marketing concepts. This initiative will provide an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge and creativity while gaining valuable insights into the legal industry’s marketing landscape.
