As an HR Business Partner for Nespresso HQ, you will be responsible for the people agenda and for the creation and implementation of a people plan aligned with the business.

A Day in the Life of an HR Business Partner

• Contribute to the execution of the strategic plans through the creation and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees
• Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure and manage effective transformations & change projects aligned with Nestlé goals & initiatives
• Drive the Performance and Talent Management cycles and the achievement of business goals keeping in mind specific Nestlé priorities (diversity and inclusion, youth, etc.)
• Ensure effective support to Line Managers during day-to-day activities and delivery of key HR processes - succession planning, performance review, etc.
• Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs; lead the continuous development journey of internal talents
• Establish and maintain effective and positive win-win working relationships with managers and employees through productive communication and co-operation
• Partner with the respective CoCs and Local HR Services team to drive development of the function and ensure the strategic needs of the business are considered and solutions are delivered
• Promote a culture and environment in line with the Nestlé principles
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives

What will make you successful

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
• Expertise in HR competences e.g. Talent Management; Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Recruitment/Resourcing
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing team environment e.g. performance management
• Worked within a Matrix environment achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
• Experience in Project Management and coaching leaders
• Stakeholder management with courage to constructively challenge at all levels of the organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; resilience & continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in French & English
