Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Track, analyze, and process invoices in our invoicing system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with contractual terms and policies.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve invoicing issues, such as missing or inconsistent information, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to invoicing, payments, or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in invoicing-related projects, contributing to process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and optimization of the invoicing workflow.
- Assist division managers by providing timely and accurate reports on invoicing status, expenses, and trends, enabling effective financial planning and decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and technology advancements related to invoicing and implement necessary changes or enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Achieving the difference requires
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science and / or engineering or equivalent training
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field
- Strong understanding of analytical accounting and attention to detail in numbers.
- Familiarity with accounting tools such as SAP
- Committed, proactive and curious, reliable, open, and creative personality with a strong interest in advisory topics
- Fluency in French and English. Any other language are an advantage
