This role is for our Swiss office, based in Lausanne.


What You Will Get To Do:

You will be the glue sticking the team together thanks to many crucial tasks and projects:

  • Manage the office and facilities (e.g., order and manage supplies, liaise with the engineering team for purchases, liaise with vendors, manage contracts, keep the inventory up-to-date).
  • Plan and book trips; prepare expense reports.
  • Manage regular administrative tasks both related to bookkeeping and human resources (e.g., liaise with our fiduciary and mother company for the establishment of the monthly and annual reporting, payroll, social insurance balances and premiums, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance and develop/update processes (e.g., time and absences register, hiring-related tasks, on-call and support planning / compensation, etc.).
  • Organise team events, support local recruitment and onboard new hires.
  • Be the person to go-to when our team members have questions and require support.

What You Have:

  • Previous experience (at least 2- 3 years) as an office manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in onboarding/integrating new hires.
  • Certificate or degree in human resources or you can prove to be knowledgeable about Swiss labour law.
  • You care about your coworkers’ wellbeing: you are positive and proactive about building strong relationships.
  • You are trustworthy and understand the implications of handling confidential and sensitive data.
  • You are curious and versatile; you are able to spot where and how you can help.
  • Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English (C1).
