JR Marketing Specialist

 

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and collaborating closely with our Project Manager and Graphic team to execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support in organizing the graphic office workflowand the related calendar
• Verifying produced graphic documents

• Managing the calendar and agenda of marketing activities
• Generate regular reports and conduct analysis and research
• Assist in organizing new collection presentations, photoshoots and developing relevant support materials
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the marketing DAM
• Manage and update the internal communication and the corporate site
• Provide operational and logistical support in seasonal marketing activities and special projects

Requirements - Technical Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

· 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Strong analysis and reporting abilities

· Proficient in written and spoken English

Requirements - Soft Skills:

· Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear and concise writing

· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team

· Creativity to think to come up with new ideas

· Problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze data, and provide solutions

· Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
